Put an ice cube into a mixing glass, add Tutu Lychee Syrup, Tutu Rose Syrup, simple syrup, citrus bitter, and sparkling lemon lime infusion into the mixing glass. Stir thoroughly, and strain into a champagne glass. Garnish with dried flower, and serve.
